 SHIPPING CHARGES
Domestic Ground Shipping (Continental USA only) Shipping charges will be charged based upon your total order and will be shipped VIA FEDEX ground service in the Continental United States (*except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).

The following rates apply:
Over $1500.00 Shipping Charge: $30.00

$1000.00 - $1500.00 Shipping Charge:$25.00

$500.00 - $1000.00 Shipping Charge $15.00

$75.00 - $500.00 Shipping Charge: $9.00

Under $75.00 Shipping Charge: $10.00

For orders that require multiple shipments, there will be a $10.00 charge for each shipment made on your backorder.  We reserve the right to ship orders in any number of shipments per order we desire.  Any customer request to ship backorder under $75.00 require an additional $5.00 shipping charge. For orders shipped to a Post Office Box, you will be billed for the actual cost charged by the United States Postal Service (plus $3.00 service charge). Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipping charges will be billed at the actual cost charged by the carrier (plus $3.00 service charge). 

DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for printing errors.  Manufacturers/distributors, or for the acceptance of overbooked orders for a particular item.  All items are on a first come first served basis.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
All items are shipped fully insured. If you receive items damaged by the freight carrier, please call us so we may contact the freight carrier.  Hold the damaged item along with the shipping box.  10 days limit from shipping date.

RETURNS
Please call 469-237-5440 to get a return authorization which must appear on your shipping label below the city and state.  The invoice copy must be enclosed with the backside completed explaining what needs to be done. The merchandise must be in the original package in unused condition.

NO RETURNS AFTER 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and applicable freight charges if not exchanged for merchandise of equal value.  No returns of books or video tapes.  All warranty returns must be prepaid by the customer.
